Howard Foster is a Marine Conservations and Founder of Big Blue Foundation - a UK based charity  that combines cutting-edge science and traditional knowledge to empower global communities to safeguard their oceans. Howard shares his journey into how he got into conservation work and the importance it has on his own personal life for maintaining his mental health.
